It happened like this when I wanted to use the Web Resizer on Vista.
When I would look at the picture, or try resize the picture, showed a surprising statement (Actually loops error message when I wanted to resize images). And I could not exit the program without using the Windows Task Manager.
The problem occurs when Windows dumped memory. – Think that Windows was shut down and restart and you have your login screen after a screen saver with power saving function or without a screen saver. – And now start the Web Resizer and wish to view the image or so on, as it happens.
Unfortunately I cannot do anything for this problem, it is in fact Windows itself to do. That is the way you can do right now is to reboot the computer.
