J.S. Bach – BWV 874, WTC Book 2 – 5 Fugue D Major
has been uploaded to my mirror site, and it is now downloadable for you.
Go to my mirror http://www.mino.host56.com/ and choose mp3 (Bach)!

:)

I’ve done it again. A bit better than last, I think.

You can download Evangelion_CruelAngelsThesis.MP3 from here.

Unfortunately, it does not work to point to a specific page for this site (http://www.mino.host56.com/mp3/).
Go to my mirror and select MP3 from the menu!

The Swan by Saint-Saens, Charles-Camille MP3 has been updated.
I sat back cello tones to baseline, ie the original. Then I thought it actually sounds better.

You can download it from here.

Some people wonder how I input MP3 Tag. Naturally I do not own certain software. I made one for myself. I added it a few additional settings to be more attractive for everyone.
It supports ID3v1, and ID3v2, you can even play MP3 sound with this one as well.
Preferred users: You are making your own sound files just like me.

If you would like to play sound files, you need MS Direct X (people use to have it).

Have you got FLAC? How to use it?
Download foobar2000. It is a freeware.
It allows you to convert MP3, OGG and so on. Is a very nice music player as well.

I got a file called APE with CUE. A sound file, though. What to do with these?

Some times later… Yeah, I got it!
APE is Monkey’s Audio format. Compressed WAV, seems like.

How to do is here.
You need to download Monkey’s Audio from its web site where is www.monkeysaudio.com and it is a freeware.

  1. Install and run it.
  2. From the File menu, choose “Add file(s)” and add your file(s)
  3. From the Mode menu, choose “Decompress”
  4. Push the button “Decompress”

Now you have WAV file(s). You want split it by CUE file. Then you must download Exact Audio Copy which also is a freeware for personal use from its web site (www.ExactAudioCopy.de/).

  1. Install and run it.
  2. The software asks you many questions, just ignore them.

  3. From the Tool menu, choose “Split WAV by CUE Sheet…” and select your WAV file and CUE file.

Done!
Now you are able to do with them what ever you want.

SF2 on BismutNetwork

when I was looking for something good on the Internet, I found a site called “BismutNetwork”. They have a high quality soundfont named Crisis General Midi 3.0 (1,57 Gb uncompressed) and it is free of charge. It is GM full bank…means really useful!
Also you can download many sample MP3 files from there.

SF2 on Soni Musicae

You will find 2 Harpsichords, 1 Pipe Organ, 1 Diatonic Accordion and 1 Bells soundfonts there, and Harpsichords are very nice. There is Piano sound as well but it is GIG format (Gigastudio) and I cannot play it. It says that I can use Synthfont (http://www.synthfont.com/) but it made some loud noise with my Vista. Perhaps you have Gigastudio or Halion … then try it!

I also found a nice Pipe Organ soundfont (almost 800 Mb uncompressed) without fee. Unfortunately I forgot where it was located and I cannot tell you here. It was Linux related site.
