These compilers listed here are freeware.

Turbo Pascal, Turbo C and Cpp : You must join Borland Community, if you want to download it. It's free to join.
Djgpp: Free stuff. C, C++.. with full source code! But only for DOS.
Free Pascal: 32-bit Pascal compiler for Dos.
~~Cygwin: Another free and good Win32 compiler, but hard to learn. Not for beginners (like me).~~
GCC: GNU Compiler system.
